Discovery generates ‘quasi-metaphysical’ debates?
Traditional documentary discovery is ‘turned’ into electronic discovery by allowing data analysis of computer files to ‘create new document’.

This week I met up with my dissertation tutor, Ms Angie Raymond, and we had very interesting exchanges.
